Hello!

Welcome back to the blog! I know I haven’t written an entry in QUITE a while (grad school got pretty serious for a second), but I’m happy to be back at it.

I started 2015 by shooting engagement photos for Ashleigh and Jarvis, two individuals I’ve known since my time at Tennessee State University. I always enjoy shooting people I know and this time was no different.

We shot the photos at the Capella Hotel in Washington, D.C. I must say that I was floored with how beautiful the hotel was. It provided the perfect backdrop for this classically-themed photo shoot. The staff was gracious and treated us very well during our time there.  We also shot some photos in the surrounding areas within Georgetown.

I was very happy with the way the photos turned out. I always strive to make my engagement photos give viewers an idea of personality of the featured couple. You can really tell that these two love each other. That and they’re goofy as hell.

If you like these you’re in search of engagement or wedding photos, I certainly hope you’ll consider my services.
